Aegis Sciences Corporation Selected by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) to Participate in Initiative Aimed at Enhancing Public Health Data Accessibility

Aegis Sciences Corporation has been selected by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) as one of five commercial laboratories to participate in a groundbreaking initiative aimed at enhancing public health data accessibility. This collaboration is part of the CDC’s initiative which seeks to streamline and standardize the collection of clinical laboratory data across the United States.​ By participating in this initiative, Aegis continues to play a vital role in advancing the nation’s public health infrastructure and readiness.​ Aegis’s contribution includes real-time toxicology data that helps to detect trends and identify emerging threats that play a role in the nation’s response to the opioid epidemic.
