The Results of our Client Satisfaction Survey 2024

Aegis Sciences Corporation is pleased to announce the results of its Client Satisfaction Survey. Our toxicology services provide insights to help clinicians identify medication compliance, explore causes of non-adherence, and reduce risk for adverse events and overdose. Respondents affirmed that our services make a difference for their practice and for their patients.

Aegis received a Net Promoter® Score of 91 of those surveyed. In addition, respondents rated their experience with sales and service and were asked how Aegis made a difference in their practice.

“Aegis testing helps us to see if there is compliance, so medications are not increased, changed, or ruled out too early. It also helps to reduce adverse events by showing conflicts,” said Leslie Williams, APRN, PMHNP-BC, at Clarity Health & Wellness in Searcy, Arkansas.

Surveyed clients had the opportunity to comment on what they value most about the service Aegis provides.

“I really value Aegis’s staff and services. Client service responses to any questions or concerns are done in a timely manner,” said Sharon Christian, Addiction Counselor at Sheppard Pratt in Baltimore, Maryland.

“Our goal is to provide concierge level service to all our customers and the insights received from the survey are invaluable to us. We appreciate everyone who participated and shared their thoughts,” said Aegis Vice President of Client Relations Regina Sweeney. Surveyed clients responded that they were “usually to always satisfied” regarding the availability of client services, response time to requests, and problem resolution.

Clients gave permission to share their responses for marketing purposes. The feedback and results of the survey play a crucial role in shaping our services.
